Thanks to the collective memory of the people of Zaragoza and for the testimonials gathered in ancient manuscript, is that today we can appreciate its gastronomic, folks and cultural practices. The “Fiesta de Vendimia” is one of the most representative celebrations in Zaragoza; is currently one of the most important events of the festival calendar Aragonese, the province which belongs Zaragoza.

Traditionally, the Vendimia Celebration has been a day of exaltation of wine -where are usually performed grape treading- and monarchical union.
