The Salon de Gourmets, as the name already states, is a fair all about delicatessen products, a full fair about quality food and beverage. The fair is located at Feria de Madrid (IFEMA), offering enough space for the thousands of people exhibiting and visiting. The Spanish cuisine is one of a kind and all exhibitors and the Salon de Gourmets, founded in 1987, are proud to distribute their culinary culture and what it has to offer in a professional way.
